Conn. Valley Chair
An original design including features from our favorite Connecticut Valley chairs, upscaled to fit 21st Century folk. These were made in walnut, but they would also look good in curly maple. |

Corner Chair
We made some of these from a photo of a Southern piece, in walnut. They drew a lot of favorable comment. We would like to make some more!! |

Willie Jones Chair
We have made dozens of these chairs in many kinds of woods. They are without ornament other than their pure uncluttered lines. I have four around my breakfast table. The originals were made near Roanoke Rapids, NC, ca. 1790. We were told that they either were made by a Willie (pronounced Wiley) Jones, or that they were owned by someone of that name. |

Chippendale Arm Chair
This is a synthesized chair from a variety of sources. The splat (that vertical thing you lean against) is from a Southern example, the legs are based on our ideas of what a Chester County (PA) trifid foot ought to look like, and the arms are a pattern we have developed over time. |

Chippendale Side Chair
Another original design. In Honduras Mahogany, with features of Southern chairs combined into an original for a customer in Washington, DC, who ordered a set to go with a nice dining table we made for him. |

Trifid Foot Chair
We had some parts left over from a set of chairs in walnut made for a customer and copied from his original, and made this chair for the fun of it. The splat was the same, and some of the dimensions, but the rest is elaboration. |
